With over 15 years of experience as a property lawyer, Nathan Weinberger is a property and disputes expert known for his strategic and decisive approach. As the founder of Weinberger Lawyers, Nathan has acted as lead advisor on market-leading transactions, complex property matters, and high-stakes disputes in courts and tribunals across NSW. Holding dual degrees in Law and Commerce (Accounting), Nathan combines deep financial literacy with extensive legal expertise to deliver clear, client-focused solutions.

Jenny holds a PhD titled, “Entrepreneurial Attributes During Times of Crisis: The role of Bullshit Praxis and other factors”, and a Bachelor of Creative Intelligence and Innovation from UTS, alongside a Bachelor of Business in Marketing. With over a decade of experience in growing businesses, she is an expert in strategic communication and entrepreneurship, fostering innovation across ventures large and small. Dillan Solari is a solicitor at Weinberger Lawyers. He holds a Bachelor of Laws and is admitted to the Supreme Court of New South Wales.

Dillan has assisted in a broad range of matters before courts and tribunals in New South Wales, including property and co-ownership disputes, strata and owners corporation matters, contractual disputes, and commercial litigation. He is committed to developing his legal expertise while providing clear, responsive, and client-focused service.

Outside of practice, Dillan serves as an Events Officer for the NSW Chapter of Pride in Law. In that role, he assists in planning and delivering events that promote inclusivity, professional connection, and supporting initiatives that strengthen and celebrate the diversity of the legal community.

Gabriella is a personal assistant with a strong academic background in law, criminology, and international security. She is currently undertaking a Juris Doctor at Macquarie University, building on her double degree in Criminology and International Security Studies from the Australian National University.
 

She has developed practical administrative and client support experience through her previous work where she is known for her attention to detail, discretion, and calm, solutions-focused approach. Gabriella supports her team with efficiency and professionalism while continuing to advance her legal studies. 

Natalie holds a Bachelor of Psychological Science from UNSW and a Bachelor of Fine Arts from the National Art School. Her professional background spans recruitment, database administration, client service, and executive support, giving her a broad understanding of the people and systems that contribute to a successful business.

Natalie provides administrative and strategic support across a range of business functions. Drawing on her strong organisational skills and attention to detail, she assists with project coordination, client engagement, and the day-to-day demands of a busy legal practice.

Neo is a Bachelor of Laws / Bachelor of Business student at the University of Technology Sydney and a Paralegal at Weinberger Lawyers. He assists across property and commercial litigation matters, supporting the team with legal drafting, research, evidence review, and client-focused analysis.
 

He has a strong interest in commercial law and is focused on building his experience in practice, demonstrating initiative and a commitment to continuous learning.
