Holding dual degrees in Law and Commerce (Accounting), Nathan combines deep financial literacy with extensive legal expertise to deliver clear, client-focused solutions.
Dr Jenny Binetter

Jenny holds a PhD titled, “Entrepreneurial Attributes During Times of Crisis: The role of Bullshit Praxis and other factors”, and a Bachelor of Creative Intelligence and Innovation from UTS, alongside a Bachelor of Business in Marketing. With over a decade of experience in growing businesses, she is an expert in strategic communication and entrepreneurship, fostering innovation across ventures large and small. Passionate about shaping the future of leadership and business success, Jenny thrives on exploring opportunities that drive growth and transformation.
Sam Pearlman
Special Counsel
Sam’s legal career spans more than 30 years. As a specialist commercial litigation and insolvency practitioner, he has been a partner in commercial law firms and a director of a law firm owned by a publicly listed mercantile agency. He has appeared in the 2021, 2022 and 2023 editions of Best Lawyers in Australia for Insolvency and Reorganization Law. Sam’s work includes property litigation, shareholder disputes, breach of contract cases and debt/loan enforcement. He brings to the firm a wealth of knowledge and experience in the litigation and dispute resolution.
Ari Mintoff
Law Graduate
Holding bachelor’s degrees in law and psychology from Macquarie University, Ari brings a multidisciplinary approach to the practice of law, as well as drawing on his years of experience as a paralegal to cultivate a client-centric approach to managing legal matters. Having worked across a number of different areas of law including commercial litigation, insolvency, family law, property transfers and wills & estates, Ari is familiar with how different legal issues can interact and intersect giving him special insight on how adapt to and manage complex cases. Ari is dedicated to always learning and developing through his experiences and committed to becoming a lawyer his clients can always count on.

Ann is currently pursuing a dual degree in Law and Media at the University of New South Wales. She is passionate about law and is skilled in providing thoughtful, reliable support to the team. She brings a fresh, contemporary perspective to the firm and is committed to building a strong foundation in the practical application of the law.
Gabriella Wilson
Personal Assistant
Gabriella is a personal assistant with a strong academic background in law, criminology, and international security. She is currently undertaking a Juris Doctor at Macquarie University, building on her double degree in Criminology and International Security Studies from the Australian National University.
She has developed practical administrative and client support experience through her previous work where she is known for her attention to detail, discretion, and calm, solutions-focused approach. Gabriella supports her team with efficiency and professionalism while continuing to advance her legal studies.
